Phrenic is a creative inclusion initiative within C.H.A.P.S. dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals through artistic expression, cultural engagement, and creative development.
Phrenic recognizes that different ways of thinking contribute to unique forms of creativity. It provides structured spaces where these creative perspectives are supported, encouraged, and presented within a cultural framework that values individuality and expression.

Phrenic supports the creation, presentation, and availability of original artwork produced through its creative inclusion initiative. Artistic works are developed across multiple expressive forms, reflecting individuality, perspective, and creative identity.

Commission requests are accepted for custom artwork, with details such as concept, style, and intended purpose provided through a structured request process to ensure clarity and alignment with the creative direction of each piece.
